I had an appointment reserved for buying 4 new tires. I was waiting on the vehicle. After an hour and 30 minutes my car was brought in to begin the work. Then the guy putting on tires spent a full 30 minutes inspecting my car instead of replacing my tires. That is complete disrespect for my time and shows that the time management is very poor and that that employees in the shop are encouraged to find something that needs fixing or replacing that will increase the daily receipts.

We had a tire issue while on vacation from Missouri in a rental car, and this Firestone location absolutely saved the day. The tire had a slow leak, and we were worried about getting back on the road safely. I called first thing this morning, and they got us in incredibly quickly. From the moment we arrived, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us. Jason was the one who took care of us, and he was fantastic. He was incredibly kind, easy to talk to, and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. We had great conversation while everything was being taken care of, and it was obvious that he truly cared about providing great customer service. They understood that we were traveling with our family and made every effort to get us taken care of as fast as possible. The communication was excellent, the service was efficient, and the entire team was kind, thoughtful, and honest throughout the process. What could have been a stressful interruption to our vacation ended up being a great experience because of their outstanding customer service. Replaced two rear tires on our vehicle in addition to an oil change and coolant flush. The next two days our rear tire went flat and coolant light indicators went off saying coolant low. When brought to stores attention I was informed we must have hit something after the repair and damaged our rear wheel. This did not occur. We were then told our coolant lines must have a leak. The lack of accountability from this store was incredible. Unfortunately this puts a stain on Firestone’s reputation which was once renowned for superior service and quality. We have nothing positive to say about this location nor our experience. Very disappointed and intend to let our friends know to look into elsewhere for service.

The younger gentleman with dark hair and a beard who works the counter is the sweetest person ever, I really wish i remembered his name. Helped me out so much and answered all my questions clearly, I was supposed to have an oil change and ended up needing a bunch of things done which was super stressful, this guy was a saint. You guys are so awesome and I appreciate this place, if you’re looking for good customer service and genuine humans behind the scenes, this is the Firestone to go to. Thank you guys so much!

I had a great experience. They where very friendly and helped me right away. The service was fast and very through. Mason the manager was great! Definitely knows his stuff. He knew about everyone who walked in through the door and what was wrong with their vehicles if they had appointments. Inside is very clean and looks modern. Id recommend you take your car here if you like Firestone. Way better then any in the area.
